How does the free intro call work?
You book a slot online and we talk for 30 minutes by video. You tell us which workflows take time, we show what can be automated and whether funding applies. Then you decide whether we build a prototype. There is no cost.
How can custom software be so much cheaper?
We develop with AI support. Routine work such as scaffolding, forms and interfaces takes hours instead of days. Our time goes into what matters: understanding your workflow, testing thoroughly, securing data. On top of that come proven building blocks that we adapt to your office.
Do we have to replace our existing software?
No. We connect what you already use: email, practice or agency software, DATEV, CRM, cloud storage. We only build new tools where no suitable solution exists.
What happens to our data?
We set everything up in line with the GDPR: processing in the EU, a data processing agreement, no use of your data to train third-party models. For professionals bound by confidentiality, we sign a non-disclosure undertaking.
Who owns the software?
You do. You receive the source code and all access credentials. You can book operation with us, but you don’t have to.
Is funding guaranteed?
No. The responsible authority decides on every application, and there is no legal entitlement. We check the requirements beforehand and only submit applications we consider promising. Your project also works without funding.
What does operation cost afterwards?
From €290 per month for hosting in the EU, updates, backups and support. Running costs are usually not subsidised, so we deliberately keep them low.
